All issued credits are only viable for about 90 days. The credits can be accessed in form of coupon codes which can only be used once. If you fail to exhaust the credit before the timeframe, the remainder will be rendered useless and no new coupon code will be issued by Mungus to enable the use of the remaining balance.

When you order, our shipping policy is effected in a traceable, safe, and secure method. But even though it rarely happens, if a package cannot be found or it is defective, we have several measures in place to deal with such a situation. We may investigate the courier process, crediting, replacing, or refunding the order.

It is within the capacity of Mungus to ask customers to lay extra shipping fees no matter the reason.
